My name is Zach,

I was fortunate enough to travel to Hungary for the first time in the summer of 2017. Two of my former Football coaches invited me to help them coach football camps in Hungary. I said, "Sign me up." I was lost in the rat race of young college graduates in the US, and I was looking for an alternative; enter Hungary.

We were sponsored by Hungarian Baptist Aid and I had no prior knowledge of the country, so everything was an eye opening experience for me. I was considering teaching English in Spanish speaking country, never once did I consider moving to Hungary, but by the end of the first football camp, I was sold. For the first time in my young career I felt a great sense of appreciation for my work, and it gave me a purpose. For the first time I felt like I was truly living. Through the love and kindness of Hungarian Baptist Aid, I was offered the opportunity to put my life in the US on pause and teach and coach football in Hungary. I got home from the camps, put in my two weeks notice, and moved to Hungary a month later.

For two and a half years I taught and coached football all over the country, I was able to experience a new culture, gain perspective on life, make lasting friendships, and live a life I was finally proud of. Unfortunately everything has to come to an end. Eventually, my time ran out and I had to return to the US. I learned valuable lessons of life, from the experiences I had, and the memories I made. I knew while I was there that the moment wouldn't last forever, so I decided to start my own organization to continue doing the work that I cherished.

We have lofty goals, and in order to make this dream a reality its going to take a lot of work and effort, with your help and support we can make these dreams a reality.
